Margaret Ubels-Rattray (St Peters's College) liked this PPT and sent it on as a reading activity for your students. Based on a list of essentials to live a happy, balanced and altruistic life, this presentation can be the premise to a creative writing activity: in pairs, students decide on five essentials for their survival kits, and write a short paragraph for each, explaining the reasons behind their choice. Students could also present their work on PPT!
