The 2010 Learning@School Conference takes place in Rotorua (24th to 26th Feb 2010). Core Education, an educational research and development organisation based in Christchurch, has been contracted by MoE to organise this "three days of back-to-back inspiration, education, ideas, strategies and fun, equipping New Zealand educators with all they need to transform their teaching and learning."
The focus is on integrating new technologies "to empower learning and transform leadership"
It creates a fantastic opportunity for ICT PD clusters to meet and share and for school leaders to finetune their visions of 21st Century Education.

With 300 breakouts to choose from, inspiring keynote speakers and spotlight presenters specialising in learning and e-learning, quality classroom practice and improving learning outcomes, this conference promises a great opportunity to by inspired by leaders in their fields, "to improve knowledge and expertise, to try out the latest technology but also to network and learn from your colleagues'.
And I am the very lucky person who gets to take it all (or most of it) in and who will attempt to do this professional learning opportunity justice in this blog.

Collaborate – Innovate – Educate was the motto at the 10th Learning@School Conference. Delegates were sure given many opportunities to do all of that over the three days in Rotorua!
