Sandrine ELLIS (Takapuna Grammar School) has adapted this poem by Robert Desnos to help her student recognise vocab for food items. Sandrine describes L'Oiseau du Colorado as " a good smooth introduction to French poems." This poem is rich in vocabulary about food. It is used as a listening activity and both the text and the worksheet can be downloaded below.
