The latest discovery I have made is the value of google docs. Thanks to the advice of Rebecca from Wellington East Girls College, I am now able to create student surveys using this free application. "Why would that be useful?" you may be asking yourself.
Moodle

I thought I would talk a little about Moodle today, in part because it is dominating my technological life at present, and also because it is something that increasing numbers of schools are using to support learning in their classrooms.
Wordles

Before I get started on Wordles I just have to mention that Pascale gave me a great piece of advice about writing blogs and I ignored it at my peril. It was the part where she suggested writing your blog in Word and then pasting it into the blog dialogue box. This is a brilliant idea and I realize more now how completely brilliant when I reflect on the fact that my almost completed blog this week just got deleted because I lost connectivity while I was loading it, and I had to start all over again. Hmm.
Me voilà!
